Natural wine is at the heart of what we do.
In close partnership with our winemakers, we curate a living wine list shaped by soil, season, and the hand of the grower. Our tasting experiences are built around wines with energy and intention — bottles that are farmed responsibly, harvested by hand, fermented with native yeasts, and guided with minimal intervention.
Natural wine is not a trend, a category, or a marketing term.
It is the foundation of how we think, taste, and share wine.
At Château de la Chapelle, we celebrate wines that are alive — shaped by soil, season, and the human hand rather than by recipes or shortcuts. Our cellar is built around growers who farm responsibly, work organically or biodynamically, harvest by hand, ferment with native yeasts, and intervene only when truly necessary. Wines with pulse, texture, and soul.
Wines that speak of place, not process.
Alongside rooted classics, we proudly present low-intervention wines from dedicated artisans in France, Italy, Slovenia, Austria, Portugal, Spain, Sardinia, and Belgium, as well as our own natural wines crafted on our estates in Gallura and Neoneli, located on the island of Sardinia. Expressive cuvées born from granite soils, Mediterranean winds, and patience.
Each bottle is chosen for its honesty, vitality, and ability to evolve — never for conformity.
We work closely with committed artisanal growers, selectors, and sommeliers to offer wines that express their origin with clarity and integrity. We proudly highlight rare and characterful unknown wines made with organic as a norm.
Hidden beneath Château de La Chapelle, our 14th-century underground cellar is not a museum of labels, but a living archive. Reds, whites, rosés, oranges, pét-nats, and rare cuvées rest in stone, wood, and steel, preserved in natural conditions and thoughtfully modernized in collaboration with Vino Steel to respect both the wine and the space. Time works quietly here, allowing each bottle to reach the table at its most expressive moment.
Natural wine asks for attention, curiosity, and openness. It rewards those who listen.
This is not simply a wine list — it is a dialogue between land, maker, and guest.
Rooted in tradition, driven by conviction, and joyfully rebellious.
